🤨 GInstagram's irritating "full screen" home feed

If you're a close follower of social media news or just an active Instagram user, you certainly didn't miss this news.

Instagram wants to continue paying more attention to video content and is now working on a home feed similar to TikTok. Is video content the content of the future? Possibly so, but the question is whether we still need a TikTok copy? First reactions don't look so promising... 😬

🤝 Google Cloud extends Web3 team

Google is putting together a new Web3 team to build backend services for other blockchain developers. The company is hoping to make the Google Cloud platform the primary destination for those who want to run Web3 apps in the future 🖥️

Making Google yet another major company diverting more and more resources to this young technology.

🎼 Spotify actively looking into NFTs

The music streaming platform Spotify is reportedly testing the inclusion of NFT galleries on musicians' profiles. In the first phase, the embedding of NFTs would serve to improve artist and fan experiences and doesn't aim to generate profits for Spotify directly.

👓 Google & Meta AR glasses updates

It had been a bit quiet around the AR ambitions of Google and Meta for a while. However, both released new videos at the same time this month that were quite something 😮

While Google showed us a pair of regular-looking glasses that can translate languages in real-time, Meta published this video of their mixed reality project Cambria 🔥
