New company name, adjusted corporate identity, and a new agency & portfolio website are only the beginning.

🌌 Welcome to the Otherside

It has been a busy month for the Bored Ape Yacht Club community and the crypto space in general 🐒

Not only did Yuga Labs acquire the Meebits and CryptoPunks collection, but they also introduced and airdropped the ApeCoin token. This token will be a primary payment method for future Yuga Labs projects and the BAYC world in general.



And as if this wasn't enough, they released a new teaser for a massive upcoming project: Otherside!

Even though it is not 100% clear what Otherside is going to be, prepare yourself to witness the birth of an epic gaming-centric virtual world connected to the NFT universe.

📌 Pinterest now lets you share pins to other platforms

Starting this month, Pinterest users can download and share their published Idea Pins on other platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

To do so, Pinterest stitches all the Idea Pin pages together into one video. You will be able to download this video and re-use it later. Said video will also display the creator’s name and username at the end.

⛔ TikTok closes in on a deal to store US data in America

You might remember a headline we covered over a year in this newsletter: former US president Trump is trying to force TikTok into US ownership.

As we all know by now, this never happened BUT it seems like TikTok is now close to readjusting the data storage to make sure that data from US citizens is not accessible by groups outside of the United States.

Be ready to read more headlines like these in the following months/years. Because not too long ago META was threatening Europe with pulling Facebook and Instagram from the European markets for the exact opposite reason... We smell a trend here 🕵️‍♀️
