🎮 Bored Ape Yacht Clubs doubles down on "gaming" ambitions

It is no secret that Yuga Labs are heavily invested in gamifying the BAYC project and company. Platforms like Otherside are very likely only the beginning, which is underpinned by the hiring of Daniel Alegre as a new CEO 🤝

Alegre, the former COO of gaming company Activision Blizzard, is leaving to become CEO of crypto company Yuga Labs. He has also worked at Google for over 16 years, is seen as a gaming veteran.

💸 MetaMask and PayPal team up

PayPal and wallet provider MetaMask are teaming up to allow users to buy and sell cryptocurrency directly within the MetaMask app. Through the partnership, PayPal users will be able to select their accounts as a payment option to purchase ETH 👛

It seems this service will only roll out only in the US over the next weeks. But since PayPal also recently expanded its crypto services to Luxembourg, we might see them grow their services throughout Europe too.
